"CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR--- THEY FORWARD THE SAME EMAIL OUT TO RESPOND TO YOUR QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS THAT COME UP. SOMETIMES THE TURN AROUND RESPONSE TAKES ANYWHERE FROM DAYS TO WEEKS, TO MONTHS........ AND CONSTANTLY HAVE TO TRY AND FOLLOW UP WITH A2C. IT TOOK A MONTH OF EVERYOTHER DAY TO TRY AND GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE TO ADD ANOTHER FACILITY TO OUR PROGRAM WHICH WE NEEDED TO GET PEOPLE ON THE SCHEDULE TO GET THE BUSINESS UP AND RUNNING. THEY RUN RANDOM UPDATES FREQUENTLY THAT MESS UP OTHER THINGS THAT MAKE THE PROGRAM FAIL. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO DEAL WITH"

"Look elsewhere if customer service or product support means anything to you. We have been A2C customers for close to 9 years and have rolled out the EMR features last year. My clinic (about 15 PT's) has submitted some form changes in October 2020 and are still waiting on proofs to get more people up and trained on the system! Communication has been missed and follow through has been horrible. I've had email communication with the GM and customer care manager and feel we have barely made any progress. No return phone calls and an occasional email after I reach out week after week. Our clinic would switch systems if cost and time for training wouldn't be so involved. Over promise and under deliver. 1-10-2022 I felt inclined to add to my previous review. Shortly after this review was made, the ball got rolling on our form changes. We submitted some additional form changes in May of 2021 are still waiting for any kind of correspondence. I've left countless messages to no avail. We have now began our search for a different system. Not worth it."

"This is absolutely the WORST company I have had to work with. Minus the IT department (Liz, Kim, and Judy) you cannot get hold of anyone to talk to. It took these people 4 weeks to get back to me after countless phone calls and several emails in regarding a very minor billing issue. When they finally decided to respond it was an employee who had only been with the department for one week who was assigned to handle this RIDICULOUS snafu. I was told this issue was to be resolved and it has not been. We then tried desperately to find someone higher in the chain to speak with about this and still nothing...We went ahead and paid what they told us we owed and sent in a letter for someone to call us...that was over 2 weeks ago and nothing. The check hasn't even been cleared through the bank. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE. IF IT WASN'T FOR THE HASSEL AND TIME TO SWITCH WE WOULD CHANGE IMMEDIATELY."

"Technician (possibly the owner) "Scott" is extremely rude and impatient. The moment you get his help and its not something he thinks he can fix, he will tell you to call back when you have it fixed. He was very rude and wouldn't let me speak. When I was allowed to speak and asked him if I could explain, his answer was "no. I have another call to make and you need to just call when you fix this issue or rebuild your server." I also asked if there was documentation and he said yes, but would not provide me with the location of the documentation. Not pleased with this company and if customer support is what you use to make your decision, you should walk away now."
