As an athlete herself, Sydnie understands the mindset of someone returning from injury, the frustration you sometimes feel when progress slows, and the intense desire to improve. She tailors her approach to your specific needs, even as they change from visit to visit. She knows how to push you without breaking you and work toward the recovery outcome you desire. The clinic is well-equipped with everything needed for my recovery, always spotless, and is bright with plenty of natural light and room to move. There is a easy-going, fun culture that permeates the staff here, which bleeds over into the patients. It makes coming to therapy fun, as weird as that sounds. After going twice a week for several months, I can genuinely say I'm sad to be ending my therapy but grateful to be feeling better. If I ever have another physical therapy need, this is 100% where I'm going."

"This place is the absolute best place for physical therapy. I have had 2 knee replacement surgeries on the same knee in less than 6 months. The first was not done correctly so I had to go to a Revision Specialist to have the 2nd surgery. I have had in home therapy and it did nothing for me. Since I have been going to SporTherapy I have been getting a total workout from the waist down and it is making my knee stronger. I have never seen Physical Therapist that work so hard and care so much for helping you progress. My husband also goes for therapy on his shoulder as he had rotator cuff surgery. They schedule us so we can go together. We live 30 miles one way and it saves us on driving. Sydnie and Brooke are the absolute best. They make it fun and not a chore doing the therapy.
