"The receptionist by the name of Jackie was so rude, condescending, unprofessional, and not helpful. I had to schedule a physical and needed to know what my payment would be, I called on Monday and left a message for billing -who did not call me back. I call the day before again with no call back. I then called the front desk and had the unfortunate experience of speaking to Jackie who spoke to me like I didn't understand how copays and deductibles work. I personally work in an Urgent Care Office and have worked with verifying benefits for 10 years, each clinic is different with their schedule fees. This is why I wanted to know what I would need to pay out-of-pocket, as I did not want to be blind-sided. I just hope this woman finds a position more suited for her attitude, because customer service is not her forte. It would have been nice to have someone in the billing department to call me back. I was so offput by this experience that I refuse to go get my physical done."

"Wow I hope no one else will has to speak with Jackie like I did. I found a specific doctor on the Blue Cross/Blue Shield website that I wanted to schedule an appointment with. That doctor is no longer there anymore which is ok and is no problem. I still wanted to see someone and develop a good relationship with a doctor. The online reviews were pretty good about this practice so I had high hopes. Jackie was extremely rude in trying to get me to see someone else. Horrible attitude, very short and snippy with me, and just overall unfriendly. Didn’t seem to care one single bit. I ended up saying no thanks due to her poor attitude. I can only imagine how terrible the everything else is ran here when the first impression was this bad. Very unfortunate."

"I called several doctors offices in the Mansfield area looking for a doctor who could issue me a handicap tag due to my disability and the fact that my orthopedic surgeon only gives temporary ones and not permanent ones. Mansfield Primary Care told me that all of their doctors could do this and it would not be a problem. I scheduled an appointment and upon arrival I was made to wait at the front desk while the intake lady just sat there behind her little glass door. After about 3-4 minutes, I was the only person in the office or in line, she finally acknowledged me but I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Then when I finally went back with the nurse and explained why I was there I was told they do not issue handicap tags. I told her I specifically called and asked this question before booking the apt and was told that all the Dr there did this. The nurse said she would have to check with the Dr, but the only Dr there does not do this. After consulting with the Dr on at least 4 occasions the nurse finally said she was sorry the Dr would not sign the handicap paperwork. I immediately left, collected all my paperwork, and refused to pay for no services administered. There seems to be a huge disconnect between their schedulers and Dr's and I would NOT recommend this office based on the shear incompetency displayed by so called professionals."

"My husband and I like Dr. Nangha very much. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. We have been going to her office for many years, and whether it be for a yearly physical or just sick, the office has always tried to work us in even when we call at the last minute. One of the young receptionist in the front, Vanessa, took special attention with a referral we needed since we were having a miscommunication problem with another doctors office, but she resolved it very much to our satisfaction. My husband and I just can not say enough about Dr. Nangha, a very special person most concerned about her patients welfare."

"First time at this clinic.. And I really loved the whole environment. It was very clean, welcoming and smelled good. The receptionist was very kind. Though I was expecting her to be different( no validation to that expectation just more of an unknown wonder). She wasn't rude or short tempered in anyway at all. I saw Dr. Henderson.. Let me say I absolutely appreciate her. Very personable and involved with you. She really took time to talk to me and understand what I was going through. She was as thorough in her exam as a doctor could be. She was a breath of fresh air. Haven't experienced a doctor like her in so long Didn't think they exist.I'm so happy that I took a chance on this clinic. Thank you for such a refreshing experience. I just regret that I didn't know she also addresses female issue visits too."
