"The T shot is game changer for me. More energy, better sleep, feeling better all around. Friendly staff and providers. UPDATE 12-05-2023 The staff is still great, but something has changed at this location. My appointments used to be quick and easy. Now it takes forever to check in and checkout. The whole process is frustrating because it used to take less than 30 min in and out. Now it’s more like 45 min to a hour. Hopefully they can get their process fixed. I may move to another provider or bite the bullet and go to one of the online services. Update 02-23-2024 They seem to have solved the issue they were having with the check in/ check out process and things are back to normal again."

"Never know if they are going to ship medicine. I called the pharmacy, Village Apothecary, and they haven't shipped in weeks because their system is down.!!!! No call, no help. And they just tried to charge me again. They didn't ship last months!!!! And they want more money. Fraud, scam, crooks. Just use any of the other places in the area"

"I’m done. I cancelled. $280 a month to have these folks always keep you waiting. You can’t get in and out in under 30 minutes. Provider literally spends 45 seconds checking on you. There’s other places that don’t charge this and care less about your time."

"They make empty promises of sending medicine. Can never count on whether the medicine is shipped or not. I’ve been trying to get medicine delivered for almost a month by calling, using their app and going into the local Southlake center. Spoke to a lady in the Corporate office and she was just plain rude and of little assistance. The local staff is nice, but can’t get anything done and not helpful."

"Without exception, the people working in the Southlake Center are outstanding! They are all helpful, professional, and courteous. I have only the very highest praise for the treatment I have received in the clinic. The compounding pharmacy they use does not deserve any praise at all. They are slow, secretive, and unresponsive. If they ever get around to filling and shipping an order it is most likely correct, if the patient ever receives it. It is difficult to review Village Lane Apothecary without resorting to curse words. The billing department is at least responsive to direct complaints, but as they are bound to the actions of Village Lane Apothecary, they also provide a poor service. The on-site staff is Solid Gold. The rest of the organization is salvaged by their exquisite customer service."
