"The tech was an absolute pleasure. He explained everything with patience and kindness. A couple of the test were uncomfortable but he did everything he could to make it as easy as possible. 5 stars for his fantastic bedside manner. The 4 stars was I was a little confused about what was happening when speaking with the physician, but I believe she had good intentions."

"I did web check in and got a call pretty quick confirming that. Then I waited. And waited. Close to 2 hours later I decided to call and see what the wait was all about. The person who answered the phone seemed surprised by my call and made a comment that lead me to believe they had somehow bypassed me in the wait list. They did tell me to go ahead and come in right away, so I am glad that I followed through with the phone call. Otherwise the visit was fine. Everyone was friendly and pleasant."

The doctor explained everything in detail so that I could make an informed decision about my care - and, to ensure I didn't decide based on any preconceived notions. While my situation was not an emergency, I was still very glad they were open and available on a weekend when my PCP is not. I would definitely come back here in the future. It was a very positive experience."
