"Please don’t take your animal here. They denied my 5 month old male cat because he was too aggressive. It’s crazy because he’s never been like that, even at the vet he did all his testing and shots perfectly fine. I don’t even think they tried or were even nice. Also they never called. They kept him in his cage all day and I’m sure he’s traumatized. As soon as he got home he went straight to the litter. He was probably holding it all day. Just so happens since they kept him they will no do a refund. Hmmmm guess that’s why they didn’t call me. Definitely going to do a charge back because what I read is they can deny if he older then 7 years or really young. Sounds like animal abuse to me. Never again! And get a nicer person for the front. She wasn’t nice or even trying to make the situation better."
"Just the best, no doubt about it. The level of professionalism is remarkable, and everyone I encountered was so patient with every person and pet who came in, including my large breed puppy. I recommend giving a donation if you're in the position to, as well."
