"I was a patient of Dr. Abbott for years. I was generally satisfied with her treatment. However, I was deeply unsatisfied with how she does her scheduling. Her systems create roadblocks to accessing medical care. It’s hard to get anyone on the phone. When you do get an office person on the phone, you have to play phone tag with the nurse to make an appointment, because she never has any available appointments. She has to squeeze you in after speaking to the nurse. I had to see other doctors within that office & use the After Hours clinic for 2 years due to inefficient systems. When I spoke to Dr. Abbott about it multiple times. I always got an excuse - nothing actually helped me access her care. I complained to the office, but never heard back."

"I have been a patient of Dr Abbott for over 20 years. Her service has never been less the Superior. However changes over the years in medical and non medical staff has been less than desirable. it's literally impossible to reach a live person by phone. Messages take days to receive a response. On 10/26 or 27/23 after Several several attempts to reach the office by phone to schedule an appointment I left a message. The message indicated my left leg was swollen for several days. After waiting several days with no response, I contacted my Rheumatologist and she immediately ordered an ultrasound. I know if Dr Abbott was aware of my condition she would have contacted me immediately. I am just totally frustrated with the non-medical staff and the new phone system."

"I’ve been seeing Dr Boone for 2 years now. She is an amazing sweet caring doctor as well as her nurse Sam! Wish I could say the same about the front office staff. Had to be seen in the ER and called the next day to try and get in to see her or even another dr for a follow up and Kimberly was very rude to me. Not helpful at all and also she thought she placed me on hold and she didn’t and I heard her speaking very bad of me with others. It was very unprofessional and very careless. It’s also sad to me that I have such an amazing Dr but a horrible front office girl who works there that supposed to be helpful with patients also. Instead you get the very rude and ugly person behind that phone tending to you. I don’t know what Kimberly was going through on this day but whatever it was she took it out on me. Then I asked to speak to a manager who never picked up for me both times that I called. What happened to the doctors offices where the front office staff had morals and respect and didn’t just go to work for a pay check. I too work in the medical field and you have to have the right attitude and be caring to tend to people and if you don’t then maybe you shouldn’t work there. It’s unfortunate this office has front girls like this. This is why I gave it a 2 star only. I’m really bummed because I love my Dr, Dr Boone."

"This is now the third time in three months that this practice has allowed me to withdraw from my medication. I take a non-controlled medication for anxiety. I saw Dr Mattingly on the 21st of August. He said he would prescribe a 90 day supply of my pills. The pharmacy never received my prescription. My last pill is tomorrow, and they are closed for Labor Day. I called the after-hours number and they told me there was nothing they could do. This is not the first, or even the second time I have had to detox due to this office's seeming inability to send prescriptions to pharmacies. I will try to get this prescription filled this week, but then I will be seeking another doctor."
