Established patients can access their lab/imaging reports, office notes, and schedule appointments through our Patient Portal. For those who prefer telemedicine visits, appointments can be made by calling 817-864-8855. Our clinic hours are Monday to Tuesday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Wednesday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
