"I’m so angry and disappointed. I previously gave y’all a 5 star review and praised you on a local mom’s page. I was so impressed before with your model and your staff. Today’s visit changed all that. I went this morning for an acute swimmer’s ear infection that was horribly painful. A sharp, stabbing pain had been radiating into my neck and jaw since the previous evening. I tried to explain to the NP, Dahlia, that I’ve been having sinus issues and inner ear pressure on that side that I thought may be coming from a cracked crown on that side. I also told her I thought the eardrum burst sometime in the night because I felt some pressure relief and the drainage didn’t start until the morning. She ignored me, looked at my ear for less than 1 second and said she was prescribing drops. The all-in-one pricing is supposed to cover diagnostic testing. I thought she would at least try to see if this was started by an abcess or try to rule out a middle ear or other infection. I asked how long it would take to get pain relief, and she told me to take Advil. When I said that hadn’t been working and that I couldn’t imagine 2-3 more days of this pain, she became rude and sarcastic and accused me of being drug seeking and said I had a “pain management alert” on my file because of a history with narcotic pain meds - she insisted that I had to sign it and my PCP put it in my file. That is 100% untrue, as I later confirmed with my PCP. Her whole attitude and demeanor were dismissive and accusatory-she treated me like a worthless drug addict. (The “plan” in my file is actually a safety plan I signed when I had a mental health crisis after a trauma several years ago). The icing on the cake was that their fancy rx vending machine was down, meaning that not only did I have to go somewhere else to pick up my prescriptions (while in blinding pain) but I had to pay for them separately. So, this concierge model where you pay one, much higher, upfront cost for full diagnostics and prescriptions has become a scam. Instead of a few hundred $, I could have paid $25-30 at minute clinic or rapid med and at least have been treated like a human being. Do better, Texas Breeze. Oh yeah, the sprinkles on the icing on the cake was that she called in a prescription for EYE DROPS, not ear drops. Complete incompetence."

"Front desk staff was super nice. Nurse was so rude and treated me like I was dirt on her shoe. Also did her best to downplay my symptoms to the NP. NP was nice enough but wasn't really listening to my concerns. Felt like they're trying to rush me out. Trust me I didn't want to come on Thanksgiving either, especially the day after my dad had major surgery. Thanks for making a stressful day more stressful!"

"So efficient. Much quicker to get an appt than seeing my primary care. Unfortunately, have to had come a couple times recently. Consistently good patient experience. I truly appreciate the consistent exceptional care, which can be hard to come by with all the demands and hardships that healthcare workers face in this day and age."

"I was really impressed with this urgent care visit. The facility was clean and comfortable. There is a cute waiting area with even a coffee station. The whole place is aesthetically pleasing. I made my appointment online prior to arrival. I was quickly checked in and taken back within minutes. I was seen promptly. The thing that I was really impressed with was the Rx kiosk. A pharmacist popped on the screen and went over things with me and then I got my meds. I was in and out (with medications) within 25 mins. Doctor's visits never go this smoothly. Will definitely use this urgent care in the future."
