777 Urgent Care

"I usually don't post reviews but felt obligated. My sister and I went here when all of her children tested positive for strep throat. We both felt awful and had badly swollen throats. It was fairly obvious we had strep. Yet, this facility gave us negative test results and said we just had allergies. We then went to different facilities where we tested positive and were properly given prescriptions for antibiotics. I will never return to this facility."

"While in Puerto Rico I was bit by something in the water. My foot immediately swelled to the size of a grapefruit and leaked yellow puss. Obviously infected. It was horrible pain! I came to 777 as soon as I returned to the states and was refused pain medication. I was given antibiotics and offered ibuprofen! I did not feel as tho I was properly taken care of and made to feel like a drug addict for asking for relief."

"I came in for a sore throat and earache right before they were closing. Usually going in towards the end of the day, staff aren't always so nice. But I was helped by a super sweet nurse, Jamie. She was very efficient and the nurse practitioner, I forgot her name, was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place."

"I made an appointment at 777, and when I arrived the woman at the front desk started checking me in. A lady came to the “check out side” of the front desk to inquire about scheduling a follow up appointment. The woman at the desk started helping her. I waited for a few minutes while she spoke with her about scheduling an appointment and she did not apologize or even tell me she would be right with me after she helped her. The woman scheduling the appointment noticed me and said, “Am I interrupting anything?” The woman at the front desk answered, “ No nothing.” It made me so angry I immediately booked at another urgent care and walked out. The front desk staff should practice basic manners and professionalism."

"I looked at the reviews and noticed a lot of 5 and 1 stars which threw me off a bit. I decided to give it a try myself and did an early morning walk in appointment. My experience was nice. Only few people in waiting room and I was able to get in after filling out paper work in under 15 minutes. I had gone in for sinus issue that had drainage, sore throat, and coughing that wasn't going away with OTC meds such as Mucinex . After running vitals and me explaining my symptoms Jamie said she was going to do a flu and covid test. Now I had read a comment about a person having a bad experience on the reviews so I was not looking forward to it and prepared to move my head away if necessary. Turns out I ended up laughing and had to let her know that was by far the softest none shoved in my nose swab I think I have ever had. I had the doctor come, she let me know I was negative for flu a/b and covid. She asked more details about anything I thought was causing it, things I was trying on my own at home that were having any success. She was inquisitive and seemed very knowledgeable eliminating things as we talked. I felt like I was in good hands. I ended up getting a shot to try and boost my system and help wipe it out and an inhaler as my lungs were tight. 1 day later I'm not totally over it but feeling a ton better. Still minor cough but the the drainage is minimal. So personally I had a positive experience and will be using them again."
