USA Vein Clinics

"You can’t pay in their office, you can’t schedule appointments in their office… everything you have to do they send you to their 800 phone line to speak to people that dont have a clue. Terrible experience there since having been merged with Vein Clinics of America. I’ve found a new Dr. Oh, and they went thru 3 doctors in 3 years and turned over their entire staff as well so you never have the same people to work with so you end up explaining why you are there every visit."

"First all This is for the former company vein Clinic of America. They owe me a credit and company was brought.They did let patient know and no way of contacting their billing. New Company has no record of Prior company billing information. Received a message today the office is permanently close to reschedule. USA vein clinics was suppose to call me and never did. I contact them 4 times with promise of a call back and never received one. Last rep was from NY. Search for better providers in your area"

"Dr Hagman is wonderful. Very nice and Jokes around to make the patients more comfortable. All of this said, I've had treatments and don't feel a difference as of yet. I'm sure it is because I wasn't able to get it completed. The head nurse or office manager, not sure of her title,is nice unless you have the pleasure of her speaking over you. Because of her inability to stop talking and listen there was an argument, yes an argument between her and I about something that had NOTHING to do with my appointment I was calling to schedule. It felt as if I was being blocked from speaking with the dr. It's very unfortunate that I cannot finish my treatments there because of her. I feel like this clinic has literally walked away and left me with painful swollen legs that they have no intention of helping me with. If she had only been able to LISTEN rather than talk over a scared patient there would have been no argument as we weren't even discussing the same thing. If you plan to go here I just suggest preparing yourself to be on your own with unanswered questions and a woman who has a NEED to "be right" rather than looking out for your best interest."

"Very gracious and caring upon arrival. Nurse was very kind, professional and listened well. The doctor was professional, courteous and listened to my complaints. This isn’t cheap if your insurance doesn’t cover, but if I had the money, I’d feel very comfortable with them helping me. 5 Stars definitely!"

"Receptionists were nice and friendly, nurses are awesome, and m doctor Oswald is great! Great bedside manners. Unfortunately I simply cannot afford the procedure I desperately need to have done (even with insurance). Wish there was a better way."
