"Tried to make an appointment but the receptionist/scheduler literally did not know what Medicare was. Full stop. It was difficult to understand him as he did not speak clear English and the line was full of static. I suspect he wasn't actually at the physical location of the office at all. He was requesting information to have us called back by somebody else for a screening. Again he did not understand what Medicare is. We got a very uneasy feeling and decided not to pursue further enquiry for an appointment."

"Agrawal will leave you in pain, push unnecessary strong medications, thoroughly disrespect you , berate you for asking one question, push opioid , push injections without explanation, not listen to the patient but can hastily leave the appointment within mere minutes cutting off patient , scolding patient, discharge you because he’s angry you’ve asked a question about your treatment and proceed to discharge you and lie on your medical records about the reason for discharge. Other reviews of him directly reflect the same, the wonder is what this institution is doing about his dangerous behavior as a doctor."

"This is absolutely the worst medical practice I have ever dealt with in my 48 years on this earth. They do not return phone calls, their call center is consistently scheduling me for appointments on days when they are closed, cancel appointments the day before. I have showed up to the office after being sent a confirmation email and text the day prior to find out the doctor is not there and I cannot be seen. Chelsea, the office manager at the Keller location is by far the rudest professional I have ever dealt with."

"I've been coming to this clinic Southlake over 2 years. Been very happy with Dr. Dang. He and staff very caring. I once missed up and got confused on my appointment day, and the staff worked me in at the Keller office. My care and treatment have been wonderful over all."

"So first off there was a mix up and my appointment was supposed to be rescheduled but I was never contacted. The lady at reception was kind and worked hard to make sure I was seen. I ended up having to see DR. VED AGGARWAL today instead of my normal docotr. The first thing Dr. A. did was accuse me of lying about my pain meds and my diagnosis. Because I am in relatively good shape for an AS patient he basically told me that just because I have the blood markers doesn’t mean I have AS. He then told me I was lying about how often I take pain meds because they aren’t showing in my Urinalysis. Then he told me I’m out of shape and if I was in better shape I wouldn’t hurt as much. Maybe some truth on the last one but his aggressive manner to start our appointment was unprofessional and demeaning. He then went on to talk about ways he would like to help me and got the appointment back on track. Today was a very poor experience. It was embarrassing and demeaning."
