"Unprofessional and rude.. I would not recommend them at all specially the receptionist.. I had gone in for a pellet application that I paid out of pocket which is 400 plus dollars plus they billed my insurance .. I called and asked what was discussed at my so called “office visit” to see why they had also billed my insurance.. I find that a bit too excessive.. They were all so rude including the doctor I didn’t even feel comfortable asking any questions."

"Staff is so unbelievably rude. Person answering phone will drill you wanting to screen calls and then distribute medical advise. Dr spent entire second appointment repeating my issues to student like I was not there. Then when I went to check out Hysterectomy was written on chart. Nothing like that was ever discussed. Seems as soon as they figure out you can’t afford the latest and greatest treatment, the care and concern disappears."

"When you have previous patients of Dr Misamore calling to schedule an appointment with her for a second pregnancy, how about y’all try telling them where she is located now and not just that “she doesn’t work there anymore”. Regardless of whatever happened, she’s a great dr and every mom should have the choice to have the same dr as the first time around! So disgusting that I had to find out from someone else who works at Methodist Mansfield that Dr Misamore is still in the area and not gone forever like y’all made it seem. I even called on 2 separate occasions and asked for recommendations and could’ve easily been informed of where she is now. Do better!"

"I can not rave about Dr Misamore enough. I moved from Arizona where I had saw the same NP for over 10 years so having to find a new dr can be scary. But I’m so glad I found Dr Misamore, she is simply amazing! She takes her time with me and listens to everything I have to say. Her staff is always nice to And helpful! I had to get my nexplanon birth control arm implant removed and she was great! She explains everything before, during, and after procedures. I will continue to see her that’s for sure! Absolutely love her."

"This place deserves 0 stars. my wife has been in the emergency room several times over the last month-and-a-half with her endometriosis ovaries. During her pre-op appointment today dr. Westerholm refused to provide exploratory surgery for my wife. on top of that they stole the $40 copay to tell us no when they could have told us no over the phone and not charged us. This place is a scam do not trust."
