"I went with anemia and severe anxiety attacks. I told her what's worked for me and she wrote me a rx for Lexapro which made my anxiety ten times worse and the blood pressure went dangerously low then she wasn't available for the next two appointments. Worst Dr I've ever had if you want help go somewhere else"

"I have been going to this office for several years now and have to say that I have always had a very positive experience here. The office staff have always been helpful, polite, and professional. The same with the nursing staff. Dr James has always taken the time to answer any and all questions. I never feel rushed with him like I am just a number."

"Let's start by saying, I went to this office so I would have a doctor close to home when I am sick. I did all the right things, I made a well visit appointment, and arrived early as requested, I was not called to the back for my appointment until an hour after my appointment time. I thought, ok I will let it go, this guy is our neighbor and new and I liked him fine as a doctor, I will give him the benefit of the doubt it was a bad day. My husband then made an appointment to establish his well visit, filled out all the paperwork ahead of time, and showed up when he was told, and he was told he had no appointment, and instead of the office working him in, as why would he have shown up if he wasn't told he had an appointment. They told him he had to make another appointment. He explained how he is in the education field and took an entire day off to see this doctor, and please work him in. They refused. (He is still angry about this a month later, he called our old dr, and they got him in). So now I'm sick, I've called MD Live, and they refused to help me, so I wait 2 weeks as I'm still coughing and can't take it any more, and I make an appointment. I made the appointment for 4 pm, the only appointment they had. I arrived at 3:35, and wasn't called to the back until almost 4:30. So here we are late again, I was kind yet annoyed, as this appears to be a pattern. Appointment went fine, I was out by 5 and told I was getting an antibiotic. I called Kroger and asked them to fill it right away, and they said they didn't have the prescription, they told me to call back. I called back at 6:30, no prescription. I called another Kroger in town, they said that no Kroger has received a prescription for me. I called the after hours call center, and explained that I was the last appointment and was supposed to get a prescription, and they said "Sorry, we can't call the doctor for that." I explained that this isn't a refill, that I was sick, "Sorry, the doctor won't allow us to call them for a prescription." This leads me to the point that to become a doctor you take an oath "To do no harm". Not contacting them to send a prescription when I'm sick is doing harm. This physician office has really made me upset, and I even attempted contacting the doctor's wife to kindly ask him to send my prescription, and apologized profusely, she is a teacher at my son's school. And, I did everything except go banging on their front door, as this doctor lives in my neighborhood. I'm extremely upset at the lack of professionalism of this office. I have worked for Baylor Scott and White for 15 years, and when my doctor's I work with are unprofessional, I called them out. And they would apologize. This behavior will not be tolerated by my family."

"THIS is office is EXTREMELY unhelpful and the receptionists are USELESS. I'm never able to get an appointment (I've been an existing client for over 2 years) with my PCP (Georgekutty). This medical office is overpriced and FREQUENTLY make errors on my billing/insurance. Simple requests are dismissed. The staff is unfriendly and harsh, which is not something that I appreciate when I'm feeling ill. You'll definitely be just a number at this office, they shuttle you in and out as quickly as possible and are ALWAYS running behind (I found myself waiting in the reception area for over 1.5 hours on my first office visit, while the front office staff was in the back having a pizza party....seriously? SERIOUSLY???) . It's better to just go to an Urgent care or walk-in clinic for your needs. I will no longer be using this office (I finally hit my limit on frustration). I'm utterly disgusted at how horrible the staff is."
