"When I walked in to the Alston location the gentleman at the reception desk was friendly and gave precise directions on what to do. He sent me the text and once the online paperwork was completed I was called back within 5 minutes. The lady that conducted my drug test was friendly and gave precise directions as well. She told me how long everything would take and the results would go directly to the job and told me to have a nice day!"
"Terrible. Big girl at resception in Beach street, Fort Worth, TX gave me agressive looks with two white guys. How big little people feel to cause trouble on an innocent black woman for no reason. The other location, inafficient, took long. Person after me seen before me. Guy did not check email that I had sent to him 40 minutes earlier. Nearly an hour to be seen. Not very friendl staff. Let a senior, probaly 80 years okd stand and up wait, rather than acknkowledging him and suggesting he take a seat. Patient was humble and waiting patiently. Terrible customer service to black people. So black people try somewhere else. Maybe a different state."
