"Doctors are amazing, but the staff are horrible, super rude specially APRIL NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. I been using them for years but might have to star looking for other options. Wish the Drs. Would talk to there staff and bring them down to earth."

"This doctor office is very unprofessional. They want you ask the customer to call their insurance company and get the insurance company to tell them over your phone that you have insurance and that your wife has insurance and is covered by them and your kids. Then when you try and pay with your HSA card, if your kids name is not on it, they’ll tell you that it’s illegal to use it. I was very unsatisfied with this place. The doctor office sucks. I would not recommend to anyone to come here at all. I will never come here again as long as I live."

"A few years ago I left a bad review and then deleted it later because I thought the doctors were good and didn't deserve it, but now I have realized that was a mistake. My wife who has always had a good experience there was rejected for an appointment and was told it was because of my negative review. This can only mean the doctors are a part of the problem when it comes to the rude, unprofessional receptionist who is probably related to them."

"This was on Oct 5th 2022. Dear Doctors who work there… Please this message is for you.The receptionist I spoke to was extremely rude. I wanted her to relay some information back to you but she kept trying to block what I’m saying instead of listening to me and she just hung up the phone. It wasn’t all the receptionist but it was one in particular that was extremely rude and convinced the others to end the call when I called back. I will gladly remove this rating when the issue has been resolved. She is very unprofessional and unethical"

"I was rejected from being seen after I had already made and appointment and gave all my list of meds. They rejected me because they were 'not comfortable establishing care' because they can't prescribe the medications that my SPECIALIST doctors prescribed for me. Even after explaining that I regularly see my other specialists, and my meds are well regulated, and that I wasn't even there for medication...they still reject to see me. It was the worst experience I've ever had. They kept picking on all of my medications in order to create a 'more valid' reason of why they can't see me. So unprofessional and so unethical. I have reported them to my insurance company and I'm in the process of filing a formal complaint."
