I’m grateful to have medical care that seeks to figure out the whole body and not just treat symptoms! It takes a little to get in as a new patient, but it is worth the wait!"

It is really sad that one rude & condescending employee can ruin your whole experience in a matter of minutes. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with the medical treatment here. "This is a review of Kendra Lopez, FNP ( Ft. Worth office). I've been a patient with Dr. Dan for many years but after his retirement I decided to continue coming to the office...It was a mistake! I was very disappointed with that Nurse Practitioner. She had bad bedside manners, she was extremely impersonal, interrupted multiple times - it got to the point that I couldn't finish my sentence. She disregarded several of my concerns by saying, "I don't deal with that". Because Kendra Lopez has poor listening skills, she has been rude & direct and non sympathetic I won't be back."

"Kendra Lopez, FNP is doing a good job taking care of taking care of my medical needs. However, the staff is very unresponsive. On multiple occasions I have called in trying to reach the assistant and no one answers. I leave a message and ask them to call back and they don't. I sent a message through their health care portal telling that that they need to contact the pharmacy. Days later they send a message that asks for the pharmacy to send a prescription refill request even though I told them that the pharmacy said that it must be initiated by the Doctor and have a prior authorization form filled out. Basically, they seem arrogant. They don't listen. They take a long time to call back. I am so frustrated I am starting to search for a different doctor because the staff is so bad. I can't keep going for weeks without my prescription. Even if you get a great doctor at the facility your overall health care will not be handled well."

"This clinic is run poorly. Don’t waste your time, money, or sanity here. Find a legitimate health care provider that will not charge you for follow up lab review appointments, or pad their wallets peddling supplements. They send bills to patients prior to submitting it to insurance. The office staff is horrific and nothing promised will be fulfilled. Kendra and Megan were great providers but I hope they find a better practice to work for!"
