"The staff kept me informed. I made an appointment at 9am for covid test at 11:45 the same day. I arrived at 11:30 and didn't have to go in but was told wait time had been extended 2 hours. I went back home and I got a call in that window of time. I arrived back and was able to be tested for covid in a very short time"

"I called to schedule an appointment and was offer a 9:30 appointment. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived 15 minutes early only to find two lanes of cars backed up to the end of the parking lot. It has now been an hour and I am still waiting.The young man that came to my car to get my insurance information has been to several cars and is wearing the same gloves. This is unbelievable. And as I am typing there has been a car wreck in the line. Please don’t come to this facility it is very unorganized and unsafe."
