"I told the doctor I was in a lot of pain, and couldn't keep any food or drinks down, she instantly jumped to "you're probably dehydrated" never thought of anything else to say. She had me scheduled to be induced on Christmas eve. I canceled that appointment and found a new doctor outside of jps and I was able to be induced before then. Unfortunately our baby passed away due to his skull and part of his brain not developing and the jps doctor made me feel like it was my fault that he didn't develop properly. After having our baby and dealing with him passing away, jps called me Christmas eve to ask why I didn't show up to my appointment to be induced. They had my chart knowing what was going on with my pregnancy and after telling them I was already induced and the appointment was canceled, she said congratulations on your new baby :( I was so hurt and had to wait until the 26th to call this doctor office to let them know what happened and even after the lady at the front desk apologized for someone saying that when they knew my baby wouldn't survive, at the end of the phone call, this woman still told me congratulations on my new baby after I had just explained to her why I was hurt. These people are disrespectful and hurtful. They didn't care about how I felt and treated me with so much disrespect. After canceling my appointments, they're still calling me. I'm still getting texts about my next appointments through the end of February. DISRESPECTFUL TRASHY PEOPLE!!!"

"Had my first visit to have my urine and blood test with nurses. The nurses and the lab staff are all very kind and accommodating. I will have my first prenatal care appointment with the doctor next month. I was so anxious before visiting this clinic due to some negative reviews but upon meeting the staff there, I was relieved and can't wait to see the doctor next month. I am an immigrant and this is my first time to visit an American hospital/ clinic so I was really nervous. Thank you JPS staff for being nice and for the good service. God bless you all. P.S: they are accepting CHIP Perinate insurance/ Cooks Children insurance."

"The worst service I have ever had. I called and made my appointment couple months ago. They automatically changed it and when I showed up at the time I scheduled, asked me for my info and said they wouldn't be able to take me in since I didn't show up in the morning which was the time they decided to reschedule for me without asking or confirming with me. I asked to be off at work for this appointment. Then they auto reschedule the appointment for the next day, again no asking for my availability while I was standing at their desk."

"When I tell you these group of ladies are AMAZING..I mean it. From the Check in procedures, to the nurses and to the Dr, they make you feel so Welcome. My appointment for yesterday went so smooth, mind you this was my first appointment with them and I was super nervous. They made me feel so comfortable and at home. I had Dr. Robin Lynn Davis and I can assure you she is so sweet and caring and only cares for your comfort and for the Baby's comfort as well. I will for sure be continuing to come back to these amazing ladies and Drs."

"Love the staff and my doctor Sara Clifford! Everyone is so nice to me every time I go to my appointments... Even if I miss them... Lol. They're understanding. I love my nurse too and the lab people! The building is really decorated peaceful in the waiting room they even have T.V. so if you're there for a while you can watch it while you wait and they have kids activities for the younger ones if you bring them! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who hasn't been there(:"
