"They refused to see my daughter that may have the flu or Covid because she didn't have the money for the copay. She is in college 2 hours away from home. She had to leave & go somewhere else to be seen. That is a little ridiculous. She even told them that her parents could call back to pay it. They told her she couldn't be seen until it was paid."
"Hamali in blood work was awesome, i have had a few bad experiences but she was receptive to my concerns and was able to get things taken care of in a very compassionate manner. I do not want to overlook the overall experience which was great as was all the staff."

"This being my 4th visit at this location?!?! pure disappointment today. I scheduled an urgent care appointment for my teenager due to a severe sprained wrist. Unsure if a fever she broke out in was associated to the wrist injury, I mentioned it as well attempting to kill two birds with one stone to PA Mike. Well, his response "ibuprofen will fix everything" Instead of him asking questions that may be related to a cold, sinus infection, ect.... his answer was "Ibuprofen will take care of it all. The wrist. The fever. All." He showed no concern over my concerns towards my teenagers well being. Low key rude!!! Careless!!!"
