"Unbelievable service. My son is a changed person. With the sincerity and genuine care that was giving I couldn't ask for a better team. From the front desk answering all my questions or seeing who can to Patrice picking him up and bringing him home assuring him all is ok. Ms Abby was the best I don't think you could have done any better, You made my son, wife and me feel very comfortable. Thank you all."

"My son was in the PHP program and it was not a good fit. They actually discharged him cause they couldn't get him to participate. I thought that was there job but I guess I was wrong. It is differently not a place for children of color. When I expressed my concerns they brought out the token black girl as if that would make me feel better. All I wanted was help for my kid but they could not help him."

"My child came here when he was having suicidal thoughts. It was rough at first being taken out of school. But he started to do better and connect with other kids going through the same thing. Teenagers tend to feel they are the only ones going through what they are experiencing. I’m thankful this was an option for my son. I hope I don’t need this place again but I’m thankful it’s here. Transportation is offered which helped us A LOT."

"My son was here for weeks, which were basically a waste of time. When I talked to a nurse she told me that they don't see his behavior issues at the center (therefore they don't exist I guess??). My son is very good at masking his behavior in certain environments and he takes all his frustration out at home, which I told them. They, in a nutshell, invalidated that he needs real help. I liked his counselor overall and I think he felt better in some ways from the counseling sessions so that is why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1. Otherwise, it was just a big waste of time."

"I was a patient here 3 years ago. I was struggling with depression and anxiety. I honestly don't even know where to start. I hated going here, and I became more depressed and anxious. The other kids who were doing self harm inspired me to try it myself. I felt that I was treated like a baby, and I was in a class with children with anger issues while I had depression. The first day there I was put in a class with 5-9 year olds even though I had been 11 years old. The "schooling" was an absolute joke. The "teacher" just gave us random worksheets and didn't really know what she was doing, and we rarely ever did school anyway, and when we did it was only for a few minutes. I was lucky enough to be able to get out of there early, and my depression and anxiety improved immediately once I left. Going to Innovations was definitely the worst period of my life and I would not recommend it to anyone. My experience was 3 years ago, but based on the other reviews I have seen nothing has changed."
