"Been going here with my wife for the past 5 years...the new office since the start of the pandemic. We have always had awesome rapport with the staff and her doctor, doctor Mina. My wife came to me frustrated as she tried to make an appointment and she said the person on the other end was rude, seemed like she couldn't be bothered with and just rushed her off the phone. Needless to say she will have to call back to reschedule due to the lazy sounding, incompetent and rude person answering the phones. I mean they always had great customer service. Now....just sounds like a bunch of trash who could give a rip. Love the doctors but...they need to really look at their office staff at the new Alliance office--if I could give a 'thumbs down' I would."

"UPDATE NOV 2021: Although I tried to switch to Dr Mina, I was told she wasn't accepting new clients. When calling back and asking the receptionist if Dr Mina was accepting new clients I was told yes. So other reviews are true that you cannot switch physicians within the practice. SEPT 2021Jury is still out as just today I asked to change doctors within the practice. A specialist recommended Dr. Mina (who is in the Alliance office 4 days a week) so I am waiting to hear if the doctor I'm switching from (Sharp) will "approve" the transfer. I have had repeated issues with Dr Sharp; she is more focused on typing in her laptop and talking out loud to herself as well as sharing European trip experiences then focusing on the issue/s I want to address. My initial physical was a joke - she took gloves and lightly tapped my abdomen and listened to my heart. On a follow-up visit mid-summer 2021 to talk about hypothyroidism and Hashimoto diagnosis she suggested prescribing weight loss medicine instead of trying to figure out what triggered the Hashimoto's. When I asked for a referral to a nutritionist via the portal, the MA said if I find a good one to let them know. When I originally chose to see Dr Sharp, I was not told that she is in the Alliance office ONE day per week; so when I was sick in May, she was not in the Alliance office and I was told I would need to drive to the Euless office to see her. I chose the Alliance office because it's close to my home so thankfully Dr Sharp gave her "permission" for me to see another doctor in the Alliance office that day. Her immediate staff sent over the incorrect/old bloodwork to an endocrinologist that was basing dosage for hypothyroidism on the info submitted to him; I had to call and message the office several times for the correct lab results to be sent to him. When the initial referral was required by the endo, the info asked to be sent to his office was not complete. The receptionist for the Alliance office is wonderful. When I've asked for the OM to call me, she has not."

"I liked going to both NETIMA's locations at first. However, after 3 years of dealing with a decline in customer service, and being chastised for calling to fill my prescriptions, I decided to go elsewhere. The office staff have become rude and act like your wasting their time. The staff seems like they are not happy working there. This is not how it was at first though. The new physician I saw asked why the physician at this office is not being more proactive with certain levels in my blood work that continue to rise. I kept being told that the levels are not high enough to be concerned and that it was probably something minor going on. I guess being someone that has worked on the business side of healthcare, I can say that this is a good medication management office, or good for minor illnesses. I would not recommend if new health issues are arising as it is not taken seriously."

"You know it took me a while to get my husband to go see any doctor but he liked Dr. Chapman and I did too so it was a win-win for me. Not only did he find a doctor there but I also did. Dr. Mina is awesome and really cares about how her patients are doing. I had been on new medication and a week later the office calls to see how I am doing and if there was any negative affects to it. They also let me know to call them if things changed--I like that. The office staff are all friendly and I can smile and feel when I enter the establishment, that they care about my well-being. For those that have a negative incident--I am sorry it was a bad day for you. I feel they care about all their patients and that is what I truly love!"

"Would be five stars but I like to be respected as my own advocate. A good physician wouldn't allow his associates or office personnel rule the roost per se. I can't say I'm happy with any aspect of my care. When my own OB wonders where I get my advice and then questions the physicians at this establishment...makes me question my judgment and ability of choosing a good doctor. This office and the people within DO NOT care about their patients, they just care about your insurance money"
