"I don’t understand why the office staff is so incredibly rude and does not ever want to help. They don’t say bye when they hang up the phone and if it hits 5:00pm they tell you to call back the next day when you are already on the phone, because they don’t want to stay and finish helping you after their closing time. The staff has no manners, no empathy, and no patience for their clients. The only reason we still come here is for the doctor we see, and he is only part time and seems to be the only one that knows what is going on in this place. If the office is reading this, I hope you understand how you make people feel and change your bad habits and make it a more positive interaction with your clients. The fact that I keep returning for one person shouldn’t be the only reason why I keep returning."

"This is easily one of the worst institutions I’ve ever been to. I was incredibly patient, and understood it can take 20-30 mins for offices to get you to your appointment- no problem. The front desk girls were super nasty & spoke to me like I was an inconvenience. Don’t get me started on the woman that saw me, I think her name was Stephanie? One of the PA’s maybe? Choose a different industry if you don’t have the patience to sit and genuinely diagnose your patients and help answer all of their concerns and questions. She was rushing me, her nurse was constantly interrupting me and also had 0 bedside manners. If you want to walk into a dingy institution and be treated like a number, in prison, this is the place for you. I found it unsettling and gross how she spoke to my mother as well, extremely condescending and truly unfortunate. The cherry on top was when they left the room & didn’t clarify we were done or could go. Sat there for nearly 15 minutes until I opened the door and a woman told us we could probably go. The final straw was being told they had sent over my steroid to the pharmacy and didn’t do so until I called back and asked again. I can keep a positive outlook, there wasn’t one thing about this place that was functional or worthy of even a second look as a patient. Save your time & money. Go somewhere you’re treated as a human."

"Wow! im just raving about this place. When i walked in I was greeted with a smile was immediately attended to. The staff and doctors are super friendly and very informative. I came in there to clear up my acne and the doctors did there magic and cleared my face up within 6 months. I am so grateful for this office and cannot be more satisfied with the result. Its perfect location and they did not waste my time. I was in and out of there very quickly and enjoyed my experience. 5/5, 100% recommended! Camille and Michelle helped me very much and were very informative and welcoming."
