"I just have to say that I am not impressed at all with the care and services in the ophthalmology department. If I had other options for my mother-in-law I would do it. First, I had to have her referral sent over 4 times for the same exact thing and call numerous times because had I not, the referral would have kept expiring and they would not ever had called. Second, once I finally got an appointment we had to wait over 6 months. With all the delays it was 12 months before we finally got in. Third, at her first appointment I had to explain to the eye doctor why she was being seen and how important her eye surgery was and that we had already been waiting for over a year to have it because of all the delays with them. Fourth, the eye doctor said he would put in she needed the surgery and the would call me with an appointment time. I asked him how long and he said he was not sure. I didn't get a call and the appointment was over 6 months away. Here we are waiting to be seen again and NO SURGERY APPOINTMENT!! On top of all that we've been waiting over two hours for her appointment that was supposed to be at 9:45 am, only to find out it was at 10 am. No matter that because it is almost 12 and we still have not even been called back yet!!!!"

"Waited 2 years for important surgery. Their incompetance caused it to be canceled. I love the people but, the system is damaged. I'm left not knowing what happened or what to to do now. I'm very hurt, in pain and feeling very betrayed. All the expense, dozens of Doctors appointments, days missed at work waisted. This place has gotten very unprofessional over the last few years. UODATE: To correct the issue they scheduled me for an emergency appointment. They squeezed me in. But. You guessed it. They screwed that up to. Months later I'm right back where I started. Nothing has been done. Something is not going well in management. Look at the very top of the management team. How much pain and death before someone wakes up to the problem. But, I'm going onto some place else. I fell better all ready"

"Had a referral here from humana military through tricare, and out of every referral i have ever received while active in the military, this is by far the worst place out of any of them, even worse than navy medical, i have never dealt with more incompetent people, waiting weeks to just get this referral which isn't on them granted, but the moment i do, they claim they dont have it, j have it refaxed multiple times and they still claim to never get it, and tricare themselves even tried reaching out to get other ways to get my referall over and the place simply wouldnt answer from any department, i highly recommend avoiding this place at any cost, i would rather pay for a surgery myself than have it insured and done by any single person here. Even after all this i feel i could not describe how just awful this place handles everything it seems."
