"If I could give this place negative stars I would. I am 34 weeks pregnant and have received the absolute worst care I've had in my life. They are not there to help if your on Medicaid they will use that against you as to why the don't want to give care. They are quick to write anything negative about you in hopes that your delivering doctor will start a case. They don't want to address your pain. I know for a fact that how I pay for my care should not effect how you do your job"

"The 2nd ER visit this year was the bomb! The women staff are very intelligent, intuitive, insightful, and intriguing! They know they're stuff! JPS HOSPITAL has come a long ways and are still adding and upgrading! I'm getting a right hip replacement next April! March is the pulling of 9 teeth! I have a few more hoops to jump before surgery but that's kewl. All the departments that I've dealt with are WONDERFUL! So great job JPS!"

"The team in the mammogram and imaging dept. are incredible! Got me in stat after my ER visit. Found atypical response to bacterial infection in my left breast and cluster of calcification in my right breast. Just did biopsy on my right breast, and will do biopsy on my left breast next week after antibiotics have time to indicate improvement or not. Dr. Ying Chen, Beverly, Denise, Amy, and the ladies at reception are awesome! Mammograms DON'T HURT! Get yours early and often!"

"I’ve only been a few times since I’m only 3 months pregnant, but so far everything has gone very well. Everyone is really polite, I’ve never had to wait for long periods of time, and no one has been rude to me or my boyfriend. My doctor is really sweet and seems to genuinely care about the well being of my unborn child and I."
