"Be Kind. That’s what’s posted in this place of business and it should also be put into practice by employees that check in patients. I signed my mother in on the clipboard provided and was handing it to the female sitting behind the desk and she let me know in a hasty manner that it was the clipboard that belonged in front of the other station. It shouldn’t matter as I’m assisting my mother to make the process smoother for everyone. After all it’s personal information displayed for all to see. PII should not be displayed. Long story or review short, kindness should be extended from this place as well."

"I called this location to reschedule an appointment. My mom always meets Dr. Seda at this clinic. When I called, someone asked where to direct the call, so I informed them I needed to reschedule. After I was transferred, I was harshly scolded by the person who took the call for calling this number. Even though the doctor does practice at this office and I was transferred by someone else. Instead of transferring me to the right place or giving me the correct number right away, she took her time to make me feel stupid for calling. The employee made it seem like my call was such an inconvenience to her. Her lack of manners and empathy was very disappointing, especially since this is an oncology clinic, most patients and families calling are usually already in distress. It might not be a customer service job, but it's still patient care. Doctor Seda is a wonderful doctor and her scheduler who did help me later to reschedule was nice."

"As a referral coordinator with a specialist office trying to refer a patient to this practice it is near impossible to get through to a person. There website does not provide a fax number for submitting medical records related to a referral or need for surgical clearance. I tried calling several phone numbers for them and was never able to get through to anyone. This is very discouraging for someone who you are referring to them that may have a life altering disease."

"Everyone was nice and personable but the lady that accessed my port did a terrible job! She even proceeded without getting a blood drawl. It really stressed me out and now my chest is very sore. I’ve had my port two years and never has my chest been sore after someone accessed my port. I’m glad I’m not a patient there and I won’t be back for any petCTs."

"OUTSTANDING from Day 1 and still going! Dr. Waters is amazing and extremely patient. I mean REALLY patient w/excellent bedside manner. Listens and is thorough. They are busy on Tuesdays (my infusion day) but I don't care BC I hope EVERYONE gets the same patient, kind and comprehensive treatment I get. They answer my portal inquiries same day, check on me during treatment and they have a magical wand that gets me through external appointments quicker than the real world. Like REAL quick, many times same day or next. DO NOT BE MISTAKEN- cancer treatment is INTENSE and a whirlwind. You absolutely MUST have a CARE TEAM that actually cares. This team does. OH AND - Dr Waters loves to get feedback on her team so I tell her negative (rarely, but we are human) and positive every visit. She is very real with you and very, very clear when she explains anything. I have never once felt rushed or ignored. I love and appreciate my team as they help me get through the hardest experience of my life. Trish, Wendy, Dr Waters and Rachel (AMAZING - infusion room) are part of my team and I LOVE them!!!!"
