"I’m very disappointed with this place. My concerns where not addressed came in for a throat issue and unable to sleep. Was given omprazol and sent home no tests or nothing. Was told to come back in 3 months to see im better but no thanks this place is scary. My pharmacist said nothing was sent over. They said will do at the end of the day no lack of concern. I when to another doctor and was diagnosed with sleep apnea. Their assistant doctor was not nice to me and made me feel discriminated and inferior because she spoke to me in a scarastic tone and was very rude. Also I was covered for the visit they still charged me the insurance rate full price for the office visit. And then processed the claim for that full amount. They are in violation with my insurance company who has contacted them multiple times they don’t respond or attempted to contact me to offer a refund back . They owe me over 100 plus and it been a month. They told the insurance company they’re looking into but how long does it take to process a refund not a month. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but I starting to believe they are shady and dishonest. Please refund my money ASAP."

"My first visit to TX ENT Center was to have my throat checked out. My brother had throat cancer and I had some concerns that I felt needed to be addressed. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and efficiant. Once I filled out the paperwork and turned it in I was called back quite quickly. The PA Abby introduced herself. Immediately I felt comfortable with her. She was so friendly and listened to all my concerns. We decided to do a scope to take a closer look. Abby patiently walked me through each step and showed me everything on the screen and explained what it all was. She was very thorough. Abby made what could have been a very uncomfortable, scary situation so easy. Abby was extremly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I felt confinedt, and so relieved leaving her office! I would encourage anybody and everybody to go see Abby for your throat issues!"

"I was there because a hearing aid specialist thought I had.a perforated eardrum. I only sat in the waiting room for three or four minutes before I was called back. The PA, Abby, followed the person that took my info by about one minute. Abby listened to my story and looked in both ears. She cleaned some ear wax out and did a test. Turns out I don't have a hole in my eardrum:) Very happy with the shortest doctors appointment I've ever had. I will continue to get follow ups for my ear wax removal as suggested."

"My first time here. I feel like my concerns were not approached as they should have been. With random ear infections, and nose congestion, my biggest problem I have been dealing with is my throat. Of coarse my ears and nose play a big part in that, as I was asked 3-4 times by Dr.White “does that makes sense.” I don’t mind that question as it is important the patient understands but he was kind of rude. I’m not sure, maybe it’s because I’m young? Maybe it’s because I wasn’t taken serious? My appointment was rushed and the doctor himself did not have a caring attitude towards me, and as I mentioned, was in a rush- which doesn’t surprise me considering this is how the medical industry is now. I wouldn’t have asked for more time, but he could have tackled my main concern in my appointment time. As someone who has previously worked in the medical field, I am not impressed. I know how to treat patients with appropriate care, meeting there concerns. First thing they teach you in any medical educational training. Yes you may get tired as you are doing the same thing everyday but I think we tend to forget our true purpose when people decide to pick that profession. He considered allergy testing. A week ago I went to an endocrinologist and they found 2 masses on my thyroid. Fine, they could be nothing but I have a family to raise and I care for my health. As I have been having trouble swallowing, hoarse voice and even pain in my throat which could be caused from anything, serious or not, I am concerned. The worst feeling is walking out of a doctor’s office still having a concern that wasn’t addressed appropriately. Briefly touched my throat. Allergy testing was offered and not much else. He Mentioned a scope down my throat but he was pretty firm on allergy testing. Why couldn’t we take that extra mile to make sure I am 100% and to make sure it is possibly nothing else but allergies? “Does that make sense” oh yeah it makes sense that this issue could be caused from allergies, but I’d rather be safe than sorry. I’m young but I am a wife, mother and student and I care for my health. It’s better to be safe than sorry. I’m sure it would make any doctor who is truly passionate about their job go home to their families and feel good that they possibly helped someone or even saved someone’s life by preventing a more serious cause. Front staff was nice. I’m upset and disappointed. At the end it was my mistake by not doing my research prior to reaching out to this clinic. I’ll learn one day i suppose."

"I need to have a procedure to check my voice, and call many other facility, but were unkind, and either couldn’t or wouldn’t help. Until I called Texas ENT. They catered to me without hesitation. Had my appointment today, and they didn’t disappoint. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!!!"
