"I have been receiving physical therapy from R3 Physio for vertigo. My therapist has given me one-on-one treatment for each and every visit, which is unheard of these days. She is kind, encouraging and very attentive. Her expertise & skill is excellent and she has really helped me. If you need physical therapy, you should give R3 Physio a try."

"Anna and R3 Physio have been life changers for me. For the past 10+ years, I have dealt with mounting tightness, inflammation, and pain in my back, hips, piriformis, and tailbone. In the last several years, I saw a sports chiropractor and had sports massages monthly along with a weekly yoga class to continue an active life style. These helped manage the pain, but didn't provide hope to prevent the pain cycle. Last year, I did 2 separate rounds of PT after the pain intensity increased significantly. Even though I continued the exercises weekly, it still didn't prevent another recent flare. I saw a back dr. who took x rays, offered cortisone shots, and recommended a pain management dr. I am so glad I chose R3 Physio instead after a referral from staff in my naturopath office. I was at a point that of losing hope that I could see myself having a consistently active lifestyle. Anna was so thorough in evaluating my history. We pieced together my medical history along with the flares of the past 2 years were following 2 emergency surgeries and another follow up surgery, all on my abdomen. After one visit, I could feel parts of my body engage again in workouts that had previously only radiated pain or been numb. After the 2nd visit, I was able to move much more freely and no longer feared injury in workouts. I look forward to continuing to see the progress that I can make through R3 Physio in the weeks ahead. If you are concerned you have run out of options, I can't give a more glowing recommendation than this one to R3 Physio."

"At 71 years old, I had a total knee replacement in 2020. I worked hard to rehab, followed all instructions, but with worse than expected results. Especially disappointing since I was/am a regular at the gym & had my legs (quads, calves, hips) in great shape before surgery. Therapists I had back then were also frustrated, one so much she had me lie on my stomach while she tried to force the knee to bend for several sessions. That only inflamed the knee more, and my knee flexion actually regressed. Finally went to a second knee doc who had me back off on PT some. Knee improved enough I eventually got to 112 degrees of flex, enough so I walk normally and (my passion!) snow ski again. Still had trouble bending the knee enough to squish in through a car door. Accepted where I was, but wished for more. Now in 2024, my oldest daughter told me about R3 Physio and amazing results she got there for a totally different issue. I decided to try R3. Well, after visit 1, my knee flex increased to 119. And after my just completed visit 2, another increase to 124. My R3 therapist has worked on parts of my knee and leg and connective tissue no one previously worked on. Parts I had no idea affect the knee. Who knew working on the ankle can affect knee flex?!?! And my therapist’s knowledge of all such physical structure is off the chart. There’s also a HUGE difference in having 1 person focused only on me for the entire session, as opposed to what I had after surgery, a PT person trying to take care of 2 or 3 other people at the same time. As I write this, I’m excited for visit 3 next week. I have hope again! Hope I can get where I want to be with flex more like what I had before surgery! And I’m already partway there!!!"

"I have scoliosis and my right hip is higher by 1”. I have pain around my right S. I. My naturopath recommended R3 Physio for visceral therapy. After the first visit, I could tell this would be very beneficial, and I purchased a package of treatments. My therapist has worked on various scar tissue from previous abdominal surgeries and has been able to release the constant pulling. She has also worked on releasing fascia on my ribs. I am work in progress. I do feel a lot of relief and more freedom of movement when I walk. My hip is starting to drop a little. This treatment has been incredibly beneficial and I am grateful that it was recommended."

"Jason Racca at R3 Physio is amazing. My 12 year old son has Lyme disease, sensory, OCD, needed braces. Mr. Racca was able to replace our previous chiropractor and is better than any chiropractor we have ever had, he helped my son detox and help his body heal and eliminate the lyme due to my sons lyme treatment, is helping transform his teeth and overbite and bucktooth problem it's a slow progress but so is getting braces and now my son doesn't need braces. There is so much more he is able to do and helping us with. I call Jason Racca an (All around amazingness) he does everything. My husband struggles with chronic headaches and Jason took care of his hunch back and headaches. Now Mr. Racca is helping me as I have Lyme disease aswell as my son and 2 herniated discs and slight scoliosis and my neck is straight as an arrow when it should be curved. I believe 1 treatment or Dr cannot cure you but R3 Physio has been a vital game changer blessing for our whole family."
