"Called JPS Urgent Care and specifically asked do they do COVID testing, the lady that answered the phone said yes. She said that I could make an appointment online or walk in. I drove all the way over there only to have two women at the dest tell me they don't do COVID testing unless you're damn near dead or dying. The energy, time and inconvenience of making a trip to a hospital where the staff is on different pages is poor managements fault. Hurting and not feeling well.....I turned and just walked away. If I could give JPS Urgent care no stars or an F, I would."
"Got chest pain and went there for UR, was transferred to ER and heart expert for heart stand operation in 30-50 minutes. Everyone are nice and the facility is well equipped. They saved my life."
