"I waited an hour past my appointment time because they were taking walk ins in front of me. When I was finally called back in to see the doctor I was told that they don’t do Hormone Replacement Therapy which was the reason for my visit. After receiving the number for their management I have called and there has been no answer. This office is very clearly more focused on making money instead of providing quality care. Please don’t give this place your money. I also heard someone talking to the doctor from another room about his terrible experience."

"I think the absolute worst thing you can do to me is - disrespect my time! I made an appointment and it was cancelled AN HOUR BEFORE IT STARTED. I took off work to make an appointment. This is ghetto and I will never do business with them or their affiliates EVER again. They won’t give results. They won’t really get down to the root. They are in it for the money and that’s it This opened my eyes to what I’ve been dealing with since doing business with them"

"Please avoid going to the Vine medical group at all cost. They are the worst group of doctors I have ever encountered in my whole life. They rude and incompetent to say the less. My mother switched to the Vine Medical group for primary care and they jacked up her prescriptions for her asthma that she has been on for more than a year my mother was without her meds for three weeks. Made several visits and calls to correct the situation but no one responded or attempted to help. They will change all of your medications to where you have to come in every month to bill your insurance. My mother ended up in the icu due to the heartless and cruel medical staff. Again PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AVOID THIS PLACE. ESPECIALLY THE EAST CHASE LOCATION FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. NO ONE DESERVES THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT"
