"I began using Metroplex Medical Centre in downtown Ft. Worth in 2023 when we moved downtown. They have been nothing short of perfect. For me the location is great. They take my medicare advantage program. They are open early in the morning for convenience. The staff is thorough, almost to a fault. Friendly, professional, and concerned."

"I believe I misunderstood what the purpose of this medical office serves. I put in an online appointment request to have an appointment with a new primary care physician. Did not get a single reply for two weeks. Called to request an appointment over the phone. After a couple of attempts and a short conversation with the front desk rep she put me on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up on me. Poor management on every level. Other reviews will show how embarrassing the front staff conducts themselves in a professional sense. Based on the reviews this is a walk in urgent care clinic and not a doctors office."

"This facility will scam you even when you clarify the price is 0$. They will turn around and charge you for questions they asked. You read that correctly. Do not answer the doctors questions they will charge extra sur charges to your bill for questions THEY ASKED even if your answers are “no im fine just refills please I dont want to pay anything extra”. Imagine not being able to trust your doctors when they lie to your face saying it is a 0$ trip no copay nothing. Then the 180 switch when youre walking out the door “oh it looks like you guys had a discussion today thats gonna be 110$” I went in just for refill on prescriptions. Now im out 110 plus the medicines themselves. They refused to refill the prescription over the phone. Thats how they rope you in. I am reporting this to their head office in Dallas if not resolved I am reporting this to the state. Edit: They have a nice automated response which is copy pasted on every negative review. I have waited nearly two days now for a call back from their head office which they promised. It seems other posters here have had issues with scamming from this location and front desk rudeness… Yikes. Edit Edit: over three weeks no call back. Keep this in mind if you plan on going here for your health."

"I was able to come in right away without an appointment due to symptoms I was having. We were greeted very nicely right away in the reception area. All the medical staff that we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was very thorough, knowledgeable, kind, patient, encouraging and so helpful. My prescriptions were sent over to the pharmacy that is located in the center and were ready for me to p/u. They took very good care of me. Thank you to everyone there at the Fort Worth location."
