"This location was okay, I had a pleasant experience with everyone except the nurse (maybe PA? unsure of her title). She was very short with me when I told her my symptoms, cut me off multiple times, and seemed inconvenienced that I was there. I felt completely invalidated when I was experiencing some really concerning symptoms. She made me incredibly uncomfortable and very upset. I do understand that people have bad days, but the lack of sympathy I received from this nurse felt beyond that. I will not be going back to this location because of the treatment I received from her."

"I wasn't happy that I received a very low dose antibiotic to treat my severe condition. My PC pointed this out to me because of the writeup stating how sever it was. After 3 days I wasn't feeling better and went to my PC who fortunately had a cancelation and got me in within a couple of hours. Back at your place I felt that when I said I didn't want to do all the test, which I had done a Covid test at home and was negative just before arriving at your location, the PA didn't see any additional billing and cut my visit short. Done. This is the first time I had a bad experience at your clinic. All the rest have been very good with good results."

"We had an appointment here for my elderly mother visiting from out of town over the holidays. The clinic was very clean, organized, and professionally run. Every staff member we had contact with was pleasant and professional. We especially appreciated Dr. Nguyen. He was very thorough & professional. His bedside manner was truly amongst that of the best doctors I’ve encountered. He was so tender, kind, respectful and engaging with my mother. At 78 and suffering from covid for the first time, she was very frightened. Dr. Nguyen addressed all her concerns, and clearly explained post appointment care and protocols, and gently set her expectations for the recovery process ahead giving her a sense of calm and confidence. Thank you for the great medical care and for the exceptional interpersonal care. Thank you for maintaining the perspective of treating the “whole person” and not just focusing solely on treating the illness."

"This is absolutely the most professional and quick urgent care I’ve ever visited. There’s a sign in and registration QR code in front of every parking space so you can sign in and wait from your car instead of going inside and waiting. Just make sure you pay attention to your phone and the code you need after registering will be emailed to you. Such a smooth process and everyone is very very patient, friendly, and understanding. The WiFi information is also shared on the signs as well."

"My husband is usually the patient here, but my daughter fell on her friends monkey bars and I decided this place was and definitely is better; faster and nicer than the hospitals!! Excellent staff and friendly service. Thanks for making my daughter's first break not a terrible experience!!! Recommend 10/10"
