Primacare Urgent Care

"I've always made appointments, yet have had to wait no less than 3 hours to be seen. I mentioned this to staff before and they ask if I did make an appointment. I assured them I had. Whether you are a walk in or have an appointment, you WILL wait no less the 3 or 4 hours to be seen. Most of the time the staff or counselors are walking in and out of their offices with no one in their offices. Once you mention that to someone, they say, "they will get to you as soon as they can" backing it up with the same question of, "do you have an appointment?" As if this justifies the horrible wait times. I quit going there because of this reason, but decided after some time away to give them another try. SAME THING! It hasn't changed. They also say that people can come in without an appointment, but those with appointments will be seen forst. This is a lie. Short staffed or not, why are the employees walking around doing nothing but shooting the bull with each other while clients wait. And wait..... and wait and wait and wait. Please find somewhere else to go for your own good."

"Appt was scheduled for 1230, wasn’t seen until 1400. Staff seemed to be a bit confused on whether or not they could accept walk ins due to being short staffed. However, the wait here is definitely quicker than an emergency room but slower than most urgent care clinics I’ve been to."

"I made an appointment for a rapid COVID-19 test and confirmed it the day prior, the day of, and an hour before my appointment at 430pm. I arrived at 425pm after checking in through the online portal where once again I confirmed the test. After waiting 40 minutes I was finally asked to come inside and provide my ID and insurance card. Once I began the physical check in the ladies at the desk informed they were out of tests. At this time it’s now impossible to find a test by the end of this day because I wasn’t told about this location not having any rapid Covid tests available. I asked what the issue was since I confirmed my appointment three times before meeting these people in person. She told me that they didn’t know until 230pm. which would be fine if didn’t confirm my test at 330. arrived here and checked in at 425, and not told of this failure in professionalism until 510pm minutes before every clinic in the area closes for for the day. the passive aggressive rudeness by the staff suggest that I was the dumb one for this situation happening. Because of this complete failure In the confirmation process that is set up here I’m going to be unable to return to work. I know this review won’t do any damage to this establishment but I hope others see this and understand that these people have zero regard for a professional medical practice and absolutely no remorse for the hardship misleading patients into a medical procedure being available and zero alternatives to assist bridging the gap within this establishment total failures. I’m thankful that the only injury I’m going to face from this will be financial and that didn’t have an urgent medical need that would become emergent due to embarrassing lack of accountability PrimaCare clearly has no issue in embracing and every step of their medical practice. Do not seek urgent or routine medical care here! This level of lazy incompetence too many times leads to FAR worse outcomes than the one I’m having now. Medical staff here should be ashamed in meeting an issue as severe as a global COVID-19 pandemic with the range of disgusting complacency I had the misfortune of stumbling across during a terrible time."

"I have been here several times with family. Today was my turn. I had fast friendly service. Nurse Lauren was incredible and PA Ms Debra was extremely knowledgeable. We were seen in a clean environment with friendly service. We will be back!"

"Unfortunately can't give 0 stars. Been here over 3 hours to get kid seen for highly probable strep thought. Was only 3rd in line. Still took 3 hours to be seen. They did however take our payment real fast though. Good call on their part cause we would have left after first hour"
