"Let’s start from the beginning 1. It was very hard to make my very first appointment. 2. Made the appointment with I believe the PA. 3. Did the at home sleep kit and turned it in. 4, came in for results and a man came in not introducing himself and didn’t even say hello, he just went straight to the results. I was very confused if he was the doctor or not. Once I realized that he was the doctor, he gave me a copy of my results and started reading them. The only thing that was correct was my name, the date of birth, age, and gender was wrong. How do I know if those were actually my results.."

"I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Staff I interacted with were friendly and I have regular appointments. When I expressed concerns to Ms. Thomas she was very quick & kind to reassure me. I appreciate her direct and honest approach while also being understanding and sympathetic to my questions."

"I normally don't write reviews but felt compelled after the single worst experience at a medical provider in my life. If you are reading this, find ANY other provider than go to this absolute dump. The woman Makeba Thomas, the RN at NTL&S, is by far the single most incompetent and preposterous person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with in a medical environment. I went in to get a document so insurance would pay for some equipment. I asked her if she had had done this before with insurance, and she said no. When I proceeded to give her the 3 very basic details I needed the document to contain, she started yelling at the top of her lungs "PLEASE, PLEASE, LET ME DO MY JOB - I AM THE PROVIDER YOU ARE THE PATIENT!" She went from 0-60 in 5 seconds, literally shouting at the top of her lungs at me. Something is very, very wrong with this woman. After several minutes of her typing on the computer, she then looked at me as if nothing happened, and asked me the very same question I had just given her the details for. Absolutely astounding that a human being would act this way. I am just one of dozens of comments urging you to seek treatment elsewhere - this place is an absolute joke. You deserve better! We ALL deserve better than Makeba Thomas & NTS&L!!"

"The only problem I had was on the first visit when they accidentally had me fill out papers for people with sleeping problems when go for my lungs. After that everyone has been very respectful and the doctor takes his time to explain things to me. Time wise I haven't had to wait long ever. Reading all these other comments maybe I'm just lucky."

"Terrible Terrible place. 1 star is even to much. From my first appointment to my last was not ever a good experience my first lady Dr was rude acted like she hated to Even be there each appointment was like the first time every time no compassion at all. Than I started seeing Dr Astranski. Couple of appointments were okay because they new I was upset with the other dr. But my last couple of appointments with him were even terrible especially the last one very rude terrible attitude shows up 40 minutes to my Appointment doesn't even apologize just comes in with bad attitude probably the her retires was so rude I left my appointment after minutes of seeing him. And yes they send my a bill. And when I got groomed by the nurse she told me he hasn't even left his house yet like it was funny. But patients are expected to show up on time. Terrible Terrible place."
