"Last night was my sleep study. Marvin was my technician. He was rude and condescending to me. He was incompetent. He would ask me a question then immediately start rolling his eyes and talking over me because he didn't like my response. He put me in 4 different rooms because he would realize he hadn't set the room up right. I got there at 8pm and waited 2 hours to get in the room I finally stayed in. The he sarcastically put a nose only cpap on me even though he "knew it wouldn't work " because "like your sister had and so that's what You Wanted... Then he put the "smallest mask they have" on me he didn't let me look at it and just shoved my face into it. Fortunately for me I had ambien ( even though he had already hooked me up) even though I had told him previously that I going to take ambien beforeI sleep)...I slept without waking up til Marvin woke me around 5. I asked him I could lay there for a minute and he said "absolutely not" then said with a smirk " you should go get cleaned up in the bathroom...so I go to the bathroom and I have this thick gooey adhesive spots all over my head...this stuff does not come off with flimsy paper towels and hand soap...I am grateful for the ambien otherwise it would have been a complete failure...Marvin...if you read this..you probably don't think you're rude and condescending...in fact I bet you think you're the smartest respiratory therapist around. And don't ask people questions if you're unwilling or too impatient to listen to their response.i probably should give this place 2 stars instead of 1 because they did complete the study...but then I read some other reviews and they were bad too..maybe the owners can take these complaints seriously and make some changes."

"The doctor and the staff have no idea what they are doing. I have been trying to get the aspire surgery for months now and all they do is give you the run around. All Vets stay away even if the VA outsourced you to them it’s a complete waste of time."

"Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical facility. Brought my 3 year old in for a sleep study and had to wait over an hour for the staff which caused my cold to be way over tired and make an already hard night much more difficult. After the fact I’ve had to deal with extremely rude staff that have tried to lie to me about conversations that never took place. We have strongly urged Cooks Children not to refer anyone to this company anymore and they said it was not the first complaint they received. Update: Just to add some icing to this whole horrible cake, today they told us they had located my child’s stuffed animal that was left behind. My wife drove 45 minutes to retrieve and when she got there the staff claimed they did not know where it was. Just an astounding level of incompetence."
