"I’m writing this review on behalf of my wife, she was seen in this location by Nurse practitioner Katherine Henry. My wife got her tests done and was sent to Arlington: Envision imaging to get her ultrasound the next day. That night we received a call from Ms. Katherine that we need to immediately go to the ER and she said that my wife needs to get immediate surgery or else she can even die! We went to the ER, got all the tests and ultrasound done again (was there for 5 hours) and at last found out that information given to us by our nurse practitioner is wrong and that it’s too early to decide without comparing blood reports and we were sent home! The next day Ms. Katherine agreed that she had not seen the reports and just based on the message from the radiologist she sent us to ER, she told me wife that she will personally take care of it after talking to her supervisor but that didn’t happen! Today, 04/24 we received an invoice of $6000.00 from ER and the owner Dr. Maram of this office disregards it as they feel they did their job right but interpreting the report wrong."
