"I'm not sure what's going on with this office but providers are always leaving and scheduling an appointment is a hassle they always reschedule you its impossible to get appointments even when your sick. Really disappointed with this office."

"I've tried to use this office as my PCP since 2021. I've tried to schedule appointments, but they never have anything available so I usually end up going to an Urgent Care Clinic instead. I've been fighting a sinus infection the last few weeks, tried again today to schedule an appointment. I was told they do not see "sick" patients in the office, only virtual appointments. I asked about taking vitals, they said if needed, they would schedule a time for me to come do it from the parking lot. What good is a doctor that does not see sick people? I found another PCP who gave me an in-office visit the same day."

"Visited this clinic and was treated very rudely. I was asked to put on a mask after filling out paperwork and sitting for 40 minutes in the waiting area. The lady at the window said nothing twice when I visited the window. There were 3 other patients they let back without masks. I am sure they are checking vacc status and being discriminatory on who they force to wear a mask. I was not even asked, I was told "If I want to see a physician here, you will put the mask on" No thanks, I'll find a better office."

"I was a patient at this facility for over 10 years. The decline since Dr. Lewis left has been profound. The level of service and care have diminished significantly. There are still a couple great people remaining, unfortunately they are not the ones who practice medicine. I reluctantly changed primary Dr.s (to another Texas Health facility) and was reminded of what quality healthcare looks like."

"I went into this location yesterday, but was denied service. I was upfront with them about the reason I needed to be seen; I was suffering from pain from a car collision that occurred a couple of weeks ago. The lady at the front desk told me they do not see "car wreck" patients due to the risky nature and due to the "sticky situation" they could get themselves into legally. She went on to tell me that due to a few "bad apples" they no longer take these types of patients because they have been sued in the past. I asked her if it was legal to turn patients down. She said yes. I have PPO insurance (not saying that this matters because all patients deserve care no matter what) and didn't/couldn't pay out of pocket. She said it wasn't her decision, but the decision of the practice or the group. I told her that my mind was not set on suing them or seeking legal action towards them but rather just to get help with managing the pain. I have been seeing a chiropractor so that part was already taken care of; again I just needed pain management help. I then asked her if they could just treat me for pain and forget that I was in the car accident, but she still said no. I arrived at the office right at the scheduled appointment time and she told that even if they were to see me, I needed to get there a few minutes early to fill out the paperwork anyway so they still would have had to reschedule. She said the office tried to call me beforehand, but I never received that phone call to my knowledge. If if I did talk to them over the phone and they were still denying care, I would have left this review. Anyway, I went to another family doctor who I was upfront with about what happened to me and they were very helpful and accommodating. So, if you were in a car accident and need help and you happen to book with these people do no mention "car wreck" for they will turn you down."
