"I've been going here for almost 3 years and the experience was great until the last year or so. I continually miss doses because my prescription doesn't arrive on time. I self inject at home due to high frequency of travel so I require my prescription to be at my house on time or I end up missing doses. I'm currently searching for a new clinic. I would not recommend this place steer clear if you want quality TRT."

"I’ve been a customer here for several years. This used to be a comfortable place to go, everyone was friendly and you were always greeted warmly and the staff used to know everyone and would converse on a personal level. Since the new company has taken over, the feeling of being around people has diminished and all that’s left is the cold clinical feel of being in an office. The process is difficult, the staff do not care about any inconvenience you’ve been put in by this new system. The old center would work with you, and understand you were a person, not another source of money. If you want to venture the path of TRT, then I would recommend finding a vitality clinic local instead of this place, that is If you want the old feeling of actually being viewed as a person to the people you’re a customer to. Im currently canceling my services here as a 4-5 year customer. I should have left sooner."
