"To many times visits have been getting canceled with mental health or go virtual without asking and I don't do virtual so I reschedule. I've been trying to get in the see my mental health provider for 2 months. I have had to reschedule twice because of MET at work and the only other day I have available she only does virtual. Just when I was starting to trust and open up the inconsistency of her schedule made me decide not to go back at all. I needed this appt today and it got canceled. I had a therapist last year who I started to trust and open up to and she ended up moving and there were no other female therapists in the office so I waited until there was one and now this. How are we suppose to trust medical professionals if they are inconsistent?"

"Best care I have received in 20 years by a doctor. Very through and really listened. My husband who is very anti doctor really was impressed by our doctors attention to our concerns. Will use this facility with confidence."

"I was very disappointed with my first and last visit. The receptionist took me back 5 min early and told me it would be 5 minutes. When I questioned her she said my appointment wasn't until 10:30. She said it with the wrong tone. The door was a trick door that made me think I was locked up. The nurse 10 minutes late. When she typed something on her laptop, she had a list of my meds giving freely to her by the pharmacy without my permission."

"Low availability for same day sick visits and their testing equipment wasn’t functional. The office has nobody in it yet they are booked up somehow across 3 locations all the way until 6pm on a Saturday. We were seen same day at totacare in hurst in less than an hour and for less cost ($15pp vs $25pp). This place is not what it was cracked up to be by HR."

"PUSHY & Never got COVID Test Results | I went here for a COVID test for travel this summer. I was traveling to Amsterdam, arriving on the 7th and the country was requiring tests starting on the 8th. I was discouraged from getting a test but insisted on one, but I never got test results. This travel consultation did not require a physical with Crossover but they pretty much gave me one, told me I was overweight (according to BMI) and when I said I monitor my body fat percentage with a body fat percentage scale at home and keep it under 32 the provider suggested 24 percent body fat as a goal. I did have people that really listened to my concerns when I called to talk to someone about the above. While I was not able to call back someone from the district that reached out to me (due to schoolwork) I genuinely appreciate them reaching out. I was willing to give Crossover another chance. I am facing some likely personal loss coming up soon and I made an appointment with a mental health professional at Crossover. Unfortunately I got a callback trying to get me to get a physical with Crossover again. I have already told them that I have had a physical within the last year. I even had a routine but significant medical procedure in May. So it’s clear from my paperwork that I am getting checked out by other healthcare providers. The obsession with making people have a physical with them is off-putting and probably based on some key performance indicator goals that they have with Amazon. I’m an Amazon employee and Amazon contracts with Crossover as a clinic for Amazon employees."
