Cinemark NASA and XD

"I'm so disappointed in how much the service has declined. We used to love this theater, from the location, to the comfortable seating. Even though they aren't as modern as Studio Grill or Star Cinema, it's still a pretty nice venue. I've visited this theater 4 times within the last 2 months, and the attitude from the staff members was horrible. I wished it was from just a select few staff members, or that we may have went on a bad day, but it was each person we encountered at all 4 visits. They make it really obvious they do not want to be bothered. We placed pre-orders for popcorn and drinks, but I was told by the ticket person to wait in line at the concessions. The concessions line was all the way to the entrance door with only 2 registers open. They didn't appear to be short handed as there were several staff members pacing back and forth behind the concession stand. When we got to the front of the line, we still had to wait for the "pre-order" to be prepared. With neighboring theaters that offer way more accommodations, this theater could use a refresher on customer service."

"Love the option to pre-order food when purchasing tickets online & having everything delivered once we are situated in our seats. The recliners are comfortable. The serve alcohol for those interested. We’ve been as a family, with friends and I’ve also been solo…all good experiences. Friendly & helpful staff."

"Movie was good, seats are comfortable… problems with service though. Preordered tickets when you walk in the door someone is yelling at everyone. I understand she is probably frustrated but it came across as rude and obtrusive. We were a bit early so we decided to play games. One of the games didn’t work and took our money. The individual that helped us did give us our money back thankfully. We ordered food (delivery) and it didn’t come so I went to go check it out and she said yes it will come because you scanned in. Ok my bad no one was at the front… Once we got our kids snack packs the popcorn was cold and they didn’t give us the fruit snacks. Recommendations: skip ordering food and go watch the movie. If you want snacks just wait in line. Delivery isn’t worth the charge."

"Used to come here years ago but moved away and now I'm back, they have really upgraded the seating in the theaters. Super comfortable now. The XD screen is great for the more epic films like Godzilla Minus One which I just saw. Concessions area also has more options now like pizza and they serve alcoholic drinks and beer as well. Nice clean presentation in the main entrance area. Overall a great theater experience."

"Wonderful staff, clean rooms and clean bathrooms, popcorn was a tiny bit stale but I understand it would be considering it was a REALLY slow day when we went. Sound from the system for the movie was perfectly even (some speakers give out and it sounds wonky.) The theatre room we were in was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Been here several times and will keep going!"
