"City Doc Urgent Care Center is almost too good to be true! Located in the heart of the cultural district in Fort Worth, it’s easy to get to, easy to schedule an online appointment to be seen and is now our go-to family walk in clinic. We love it so much that we drive from the Aledo area because they are quick and efficient. When my daughter flew home from college with a ruptured ear drum, they worked her in quickly, called her prescriptions in to the pharmacy to be picked up on our way home and treated her with compassion and kindness. My daughter and I got back in our car 34 minutes after her appointment time with a diagnosis and prescriptions waiting at the pharmacy! 34 minutes has to be a world record lol! I just left for a quick visit myself and was in and out in 43 minutes with a script called in to my pharmacy. That’s incredible time! They are almost always on time and they don’t leave you sitting in the waiting room for an hour before calling you back. The parking is never an issue, the waiting room is never full and they get you in and out quickly. The check in and online appointment system is super easy to use and the waiting room is clean with a few TV’s to watch. The patient rooms are compact, but have extra seating for parents or spouses. One time we when I had a cold and we were in and out in less than 45 minutes which included an antibiotic shot. They’re so good here that I almost don’t want to leave this review because it won’t be long before they get too busy like everyone else in town. We absolutely recommend this clinic. The entire process from scheduling an appointment to being seen by a doctor to grabbing your prescriptions on your way home is such a smooth process. Everyone in town who runs an emergency walk in clinic should take notes!"
