"Always ask the prices before going in, especially for follow-up visits. Today, I felt scammed. The doctor told me to go monitor my bp after putting me on medication for 2 months. I came back today for a follow-up, only to be slapped with a $69 charge? The doc barely saw me for more than 3 minutes."

"I went on Sunday and I like the drs there. But I had a bad experience with one of the medical assistant there. She didn’t have a badge so I didn’t even get her name. But she was hispanic, dark skinned with black hair wearing green scrubs that day. I don’t know what her problem was. But ever since she opened the door to get a sample she was being nasty and rude. Talking to me like I was garbage, looking at the wall when talking and just standing in the middle of the hall and room to do her job. I don’t know if this is the way she treats everybody. But she needs to fix whatever she got going on. And not be letting it out on patients. If that’s the way she is, she may need to find another job cause that ain’t it for her. don’t nobody want to be at a clinic feeling sick and have a nasty medical assitant treat you like that. I asked for another nurse and still got her back in my room with her nasty attitude and bedside manner. She didn’t even give me the shot I needed. Edit: This was December 3rd by the way the day the Dr was there. Just had to come back and edit review cause it never showed on google."

"I have been going to this clinic for over 6 months and everyone has always been very kind and helpful. However, today I called needing a refill on a medication. After not hearing back for 4hrs, I called them back. I was told that I had be seen before the dr would refill my medicine. I was just in the office 2weeks ago for medication refills. Then, I was placed on hold for 1hr and no one ever came back on the line. I hung up and called back to be sent straight on hold and then hung up on I called back and my call was never answered. I can't believe how unprofessional and rudely I was treated by the office staff."

"Super fast service, most staff is super friendly and welcoming, however the only issue I had was with a staff member there, I was given a different patient’s prescription so that was a little confusing but luckily I caught the issue before leaving and eventually got the correct paperwork. I called back to ask about where I needed to pick up the prescription and the initial person who answered the phone was pretty nice and tired to figure it out but then the phone was passed on to someone else and whoever answered the second time I felt had an attitude the way she was talking to me, she said she had told me what to do with the paper given to me, which not only did they give me the wrong information at first, she also did not tell me what I had to do with the paper. Everyone else was pretty friendly except for that detail."

"Best medical service I have ever received especially from such a small clinic! They truly try their best to get you seen in as little time as possible. All the staff are professional, and the physicians actually explain to their patients what is wrong with them not just in medical terms unlike bigger clinic franchises! I definitely recommend coming to this clinic if you haven't already. Truly Amazing!"
