"I was seen by Austin Gipson at Medi Care Clinics Alliance for an upper respiratory illness. I was given caring and professional treat by the entire staff. Austin listened carefully to my description of the illness and asked follow-up questions, as well as performing an examination. He ordered further appropriate diagnostic testing and prescribed treatment and therapy that should ease my symptoms and significantly shorten my recovery. I appreciate the thorough and detailed care I received."
"Esther, as well as the entire staff at MEDI-Care Clinics, is awesome! We love that office so much we drive from McKinney to Fort Worth for our health care. We never have to wait and can most generally get squeezed in the same day if it’s important. Esther takes her time going over what she’s doing, yet keeping in mind what insurance we have and how that company could look at the claim. That’s been very helpful to us as we are both retired and on a fixed income. She tells us what the best route is, and then puts herself in our shoes. Oh and the girls up front are amazing!!"
"I saw Rodney and Maddie. Both are awesome. They provided a comprehensive exam including how I was doing with past issues they had treated me for. The nurses gave me a couple of shots. They were very caring and gentle. All the staff in this office are all kind, professional and thorough. Great care!"
"Esther is my absolute favorite. She makes me feel more than a patient. She followed up with me about visiting my mom which felt very nice. She obviously does her job well, but it’s the importance I feel to my DR that means the most. I highly recommend Esther. My nurse was really nice too! Just had a really good experience overall walking into my appointment today."
"My son and I both saw Austin Gipson. Amanda did the vitals. Everyone we interacted with at this office were fantastic. Patient, kind, and great listeners. Austin was a breath of fresh air. He genuinely cared about our health and had great referrals for us. He never seemed in a hurry, wanted to hear every detail, and discussed his thoughts. We just came from a primary care doctor that was the exact opposite. I'm so grateful to the entire staff for being so wonderful. This is exactly the kind of experience you want to have when you need to go to the doctor. Edit: Super props to Natalie! She is amazing and so kind. I broke my ankle the day after I first saw Austin and she took care of all my concerns. Thanks again!"
