"The Granbury WIC clinic is the BEST clinic I have ever been to! Rachel at the front desk was so sweet, always answers the phone on the FIRST try, and does not let you leave without having all questions answered and huge smiles on your face! I never feel like I’m a bother like most locations I’ve been to. I was transferring from another state that made it SO HECTIC, never ever answered the phone, and you couldn’t go inside without an appointment, but this location is the exact opposite!! Super clean, super kid-friendly, has toys for your little ones to play with, and just overall a great office! 10/10 recommend!"
"Applied and never heard back. I didn’t think we would get it this time around, but wanted to try and see anyways. Spoke with someone the first day briefly and that was it. I called and left messages and no one ever returned my call. Never even made it to filling out anything to see if we qualified, they just completely ghosted me."

"I’ve been here once since moving here. They were so amazing and helpful. The best wic office I’ve been too. I didn’t feel like I was a bother or annoying them. Like I’m made to feel when calling or going to my old wic office. When I called I wasn’t put on hold for 45mins-hours like my old office. I really appreciate their kindness and support. Even with covid they handled everything smoothly. I have another appointment coming up and will update if anything changes. But I’m just so grateful for that experience with this office because that’s never happen with wic before since losing my job due to my sons special needs."
