"If i can rate with 0 stars i would .. i had an appointment on September 29th at 10:30 am i went 30 mins before to do the paper work , while i was there some friends of the doctor told the front desk that they have no appointment but the doctor expected their visit , however they entered before most of people with appointments , i understand someone maybe very sick so I didn’t mention anything… and when it was my turn and after waiting several hours they came telling me dr Ehab is still busy and if it was okay to see different doctor . I agreed and dr benson came , SHE IS AMAZING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE .. , on my way out I scheduled a follow up appointment on January 12th , despite the calls , emails and messages from the clinic confirming my appointment, i was surprised by them telling me that dr benson is in different location at that day , so i can reschedule or see dr ehab !!!! .. Anyway i went to the other location in fort worth to see dr benson , and i will continue going there , i am DONE with this location.."

"This place is a nightmare! Would be there waiting 5 hours and never saw the doctor. Put charges through that were never done. People walked in without appointment were seen before the ones with appointments. Worse run medical office I have ever been to. Then I had a sleep study I never got the results from even when my new doctor asked for the records. This place should be closed down. So much Medicare fraud going on there it is scary."

"I was here with a relative of mine. The overall 3.2 rating is GENEROUS. I’ve witnessed staff and other patients being talked to badly. The wait time was inexcusable. And on top of that, it was obvious that we were seen mostly by students who barely had an real knowledge of what they were doing. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had here. Took my aunt entirely too long to receive her insulin. I’m honestly not sure how your doors are still open. The state definitely needs to pay a visit and ASAP."

"This place is highly unprofessional. They have uncertified people seeing patients & doing things that they SHOULD NOT be doing. There is lots of discrimination & favoritism within the employees there & even the patients. Since Dr. Hanna is Arabic, he favors his Arabic patients & that is not right. Half the time he does not see his patients and pushes them all on his nurse practitioners, who usually already have full schedules. It is honestly a mystery as to how this place is still up and running. They are violating many LAWS, HIPPA especially & if the Health Department was to come in there they would probably be shut down immediately just with that alone. There have been many patients that have lost their life due to this clinic because Dr. Hanna and his negligence. He does not listen to his employees or his patients he just does what he wants so that he can get paid and sit comfortably while essentially doing nothing. He does not care about his patients, I emphasize this. He is in this field for the wrong reasons. This place is a spectacle & honestly a ticking time bomb. Many other patients could testify the same things. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place if you actually care about your health & well being. This place is just pure awful. I wouldn’t trust the labs or any of the other procedures or diagnoses that Dr. Hanna tries to throw at you. Would rate -stars if that was possible. Please do not go here, you’ll sit in the lobby for 3-4 hours anyways before u even get to see anybody. Terrible patient care."
