"Dr Alexis saved my life! She is the best doctor. I dealt with dr Pritchett since she was doctor on call when I was admitted to the hospital and she was personable and answered all my question. These doctors are the best. Dr Alexis kept me informed on my Preeclampsia and worked with me to make an educated decision on delivery."

"I have seen many doctors along my journey and this BY FAR is the absolute WORST office I have encountered. Dr. Pritchett herself was nice and very knowledgeable, a little scatter brained but I don't blame her considering the way the rest of this office functions. My first appointment I didn't get called back until an hour and a half late and then the appointment itself took over 2 hours. Where they took my weight and temperature was in basically a storage closet. My second appointment I was not allowed anyone with me which with COVID is understandable but when I arrived the waiting room was so full that most of us were having to wait outside the office in the seating area because there were so many of us. I counted and there were at minimum 18 of us waiting. I was there for a blood workup and an sonogram to determine if the reason for my infertility of 4 years and pain over the last 15 years has been caused by PCOS. 2 hours after my appointment time they finally bring me back for my ultrasound/sonogram. The technician told me she was in a rush because I was her last appointment. Apparently she had class for her masters degree to get to that was more important than her bedside manner. The sonogram was fast and a little painful at that. Afterwards she said "Yup looks like a pearl necklace. Definitely PCOS." With absolutely no regard to my personal feelings and how this news might affect my life from this point forward. She had me redress while she was in the room finishing up her charts for the day. I don't care to get dressed in front of the professionals, obviously there are far more intimate things going on but this was so unprofessional not to mention the clutter all over the room. She took me back out to the waiting room where I sat alone without my husband in a crowded waiting room of women holding back tears because I had no time to process this news. I waited out here for 3 more hours before being brought back for my blood work. While out there I overheard another patient asking the receptionist how much longer it would be because her appointment was 2 hours prior. The receptionist got snappy and told her that any time she comes to this office she should plan at least 4 HOURS!!! What in the hell? How are we expected to take at minimum a half day's of work off just for 1 appointment. Ridiculous. I finally was brought back for my blood work and put into an office to talk to the doctor. I could hear them speaking about me outside the exam room and the nurse and doctor were unsure why I was still there. Nobody had communicated that I was just sitting in this exam room for probably another half hour waiting for my blood to be taken. Not to mention all the time and horror of my sonogram I'd already been through. This was such a TERRIBLE experience. So bad that I switched doctors and in trying to get my records transferred they treated me as an inconvenience. I spoke with Susan and she was nice to me and informed me that she hasn't had time to get to taking care of records. I sent the request 3 weeks ago. She let me know she would get them sent over today, which I truly appreciate. But you can tell she is overworked seeing as she doesn't have the opportunity to do certain tasks because she is too busy doing other things and in turn that makes patients like me feel like an inconvenience which really shouldn't happen in the medical field. I am truly grateful for anyone that was gracious to me at this office but I will absolutely NEVER be back. One of the worst experiences of my life. I truly hope my feedback helps in getting this office under control."

"I've been a patient of Dr. Suzanne Pritchett at FWWC for more than 25 years. All the staff are caring, cordial people. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else."
