"This institution is a flat out joke. I came to this facility with high expectations and hopes to get better. I poured my heart out to this psychiatrist and her actions were downright non-compassionate, rude, and disappointing. She was too hyper fixated on the time limit instead of listening to her patient ( me) pleading for help. She only reopened my trauma wounds, made it clear that she was not genuinely listening to me and the cherry on top of the cake is when she looked at me and told me She could not help me. I was "too severe" for her, pretended like she was going to provide me resources and failed to do that. Instead she decided to schedule me for 3 weeks. She made me feel unfixable, unheard, and helpless. Avoid this place at all costs. This woman does not deserve her license."
