"Want to thank the whole staff at the express clinic. You are all so wonderful. From the minute I walked though the doors till I left was a great heartfelt and warm feeling. I felt at ease with the staff and that is rare for me, they care for those in need and they are kind. A five star rating is not good enough they all deserve more. "I actually was.treated very well and only took about 45 min. But wound up at Glenrose hospital with a severe reaction to that.antibiotic..must have been a miscommunication. She said she was going to call in Keflex and after the 2. Pill I got red hot and my face swelled up. I took the bottle with me to the ER and Dr. Said that's not Keflex. This is like Bactrim, and I was allergic to it. When I called the Lake Granbury Express to tell them they were rude and told me just go to the hospital ER. Probl. won't go back."

"Thanks to Covid, protocol makes getting into the clinic a bit longer. I get it. It's not their fault. I would definitely see Ms. Holstein again for expedited, medical care. She was easy to talk to and through. Everyone was pleasant and didn't seem "fake". I am glad there was someplace I could go to in such short notice. Highly recommend if you need quick medical care. I suggest a hospital though if you're profusely bleeding or having a heart attack or stroke. This place is great for colds, allergies, sprains, rashes, etc. Also, I was able to get a Covid-19 test with results in 24 hours."

"I went to express care on Wednesday I had a sore throat and ear ache. They tested me for strep throat and Covid. Tana was excellent in my treatment. I was told that they would call me with the results, no one called me. I had to call Express Care the next day I spoke with Jennifer she told me I was negative and I asked if I should be on antibiotics. She sent a message to the nurses. I still have not received a call and it’s Monday. I contacted my PCP and she sent me out an antibiotic. If you tell someone you are going to call you should call the patient back."

"My husband actually saw T. Holstein at the clinic when he went to test for Covid . He did test positive. She gave him a couple of Rx’s and instructions of other over the counter meds to buy and take also. The next day I woke up with the same symptoms. T. Holstein called the house to check on my husband (which impressed me!) . He told her about me and put me on phone with her. I told her my symptoms and she said since my husband was testing positive , it was a given that I was going to test positive too. She told me I was welcome to come in and test if it made me feel better or just start on the same regimen as my husband . I chose to start on the same regimen as my husband since I was achy and fever and really didn’t feel like getting up and out. As I said I was impressed by her follow up call on my husband’s condition and very grateful fir the phone consult with me. Definitely recommend to others.."
