"Hi Mr. Roland Martinez, I'm afraid that is not true, they have so many patients they get on a daily basis, sometimes walk-in's have to wait a while because patients from previous days weren't able to get seen, and so they go first because they're higher up on the list. That is why it seems like people who come in as walk-in's don't get seen right away or even that day. This place is certainly not a sham, I guarantee you that. There are days where they lack clinicians, nurses, MA's, etc. and thus, they can't tend a lot of people on some days. This place tends everyone equally, they do not favor anyone over anyone. Hi Ms. Doris Perez, I'm very sorry they couldn't get to you, if neither of the phone numbers listed on their website respond to your calls or texts, please come by the clinic in person for your inquiries, their open hours for each day are listed on their website. We can better assist you in that way and we also get to your needs much quicker."

"they helped my dad have a free eye surgery for his cyst, theyre an amazing place. It wouldve been thousands of dollars had it not been for culture of life ministries. a few things though, you will most likely need to go in person to arrage everything and get whatever you need. you should ALWAYS ask questions to see if theres any other options for everything and if they could do a procedure closer to where you live or mess around with the dates and all kinds of things. you need to know your options for everything! Dont be shy to ask!"
