"I started off originally with Doc Lazz who is an amazing doctor, didn’t have any issues getting a time slot to see him.. added my wife and daughter to my account and Frontier began to get more members as well. Since then ability to get an appointment and overall service has dropped considerably.. gotten to a point where it’s no better than the regular medical care establishment.. we pay insurance premiums, yet pay membership fees that should allow access to direct care … that’s just not the case anymore."

"Frontier is the care we should all be receiving. The staff is patient, attentive and caring. The appointment times are honored and you always have communication with your doctor via text or email. The monthly fee covers unlimited visits because they truly want you to feel better and address all your medical needs. If you need anything additional like blood work or scans, the prices are fair and affordable because they have prearranged discounts with local providers. I mostly love the patient doctor relationship that is built on trust, consistency, and compassion. The service is unmatched. A model of excellence. Also- The clinic is clean and never packed."

"I’ve recently become a member since moving from the East Coast to Southern Texas. The staff is always friendly! I have been able to get in for same day appointments when suddenly becoming ill on a Friday. This was a very pleasant surprise because not typical to get in to see your PCP on East Coast on Friday without a prior appointment. Sandy is always very helpful and all the providers are very responsive. All the providers take as much time as needed to address all my concerns or questions. My questions via email or text are always answered within 3 hours. Also knowing costs for imaging, labs and specialists up front is greatly appreciated. No unexpected additional costs after seeing providers. Thank you Frontier!"
